Incredible Kids updates
He is our dancing fool. Obviously. But, just recently I have noticed how grown he is. Before, he would just dance the same old dance to every tune, but now he participates with all the correct hand motions and gestures to Patty Cake, and Ring A Round the Rosie, and Itsy Bitsy Spider. He has only been seeing the motions and hearing the words his whole life, but to see him do the motions perfectly and on cue just shocked me into reality. Reality says my baby will be TWO in just a few short months!
Kolbie
She can see me. And her Daddy, too. Some times when we get so close to her, talking and giggling to her...she just lights up with this amazing smile and tons on coo's. She is at the point now that she is sleeping from 9pm to 7am solid, but when she wakes up, watch out! If she doesn't have her bottle quick she gets a little impatient! (hmmmm) And after that bottle is marathon running time. She kicks her chunky legs a mile a minute smiling and cooing the entire time.
Oh, these children. They make my heart flutter.

WonderWild Fun!
Playing in the ball pit. Unloading it, really!
This was awesome. After he got brave enough to climb up the stairs(to the right) he decided he was big boy enough to throw himself down the slide all by himself! Then he realized it was even more fun to slide down the stairs, bumping his "rump" all he way down. Silly boy!
You know we can't go without showing Kolbie supporting her big brothers playtime. This is the kind of day she was having.
Believe it or not Aunt B and Mackinzie were there too, but they didn't sit still long enough to get a picture to turn out not blurry!
Four hours of Indoor FUN! Best $20 I've ever spent!

Pool Day in Dayton
Anytime we are around water I try to take advantage and get Kaylon in to it. Also it was perfect opportunity to get Kolbie into the pool for her first time.
Today was Kaylon's 1st time in floaties and he did alright. He did not want them on at first. He tried so hard to get them off, but once he realized they helped keep his head out of water, he gave in. We worked on blowing bubbles in the water and kicking our feet. He did awesome! He still doesn't trust it being on his back. Mema and I were both working with him. He is still so fearless of the water he will just jump right in if we are looking or not. So all eye's are glued on him when he is any where near it.
Kolbie was just her sassy self. She could have cared less. But she was sure looking adorable doing it! We put her on a float at one point and she decided to roll right off. Of course I was right there to catch her before she went all the way in. I knew when she was done, too. Correction, everyone knew when she was done. Once I got her out of the water and wrapped in her towel, she was out like a light. My girl, she knows what she wants, that's for sure.

1st Day at the Beach
Kaylon had never been to the beach before, so I was curious to see how he was going to handle it. My sweet boy is a little like his mama when it comes to being sticky and dirty. But once he got over his initial shock and attempting to tip toe through the sand, he pretty much just accepted the fact there was no way to avoid the dirt. I could tell he got comfortable with the mess when he started dumping sand in his hair!
Obviously, it was Kolbies 1st day at the beach, too. She was a perfect little angel, kicked back relaxing in the sun, napping most of the afternoon away.

Kaylon Updates
1st...here is is first school portrait. Adorable isn't it!
Next....His school held an Ice Cream social for all the students and parents. This is my little flirt and his precious Brooke.
For those of you who don't know...My sweet boy thinks he some what of a ladies man. He is a major flirt when it comes to cute girls (of ANY age...he doesn't discriminate!) Everything stops when he sees little miss Brooke walk in the room. She is Mrs. Danyel's (his teacher)four year old daughter who is off to start Kindergarten next year. Brooke takes such good care of my little man. We are going to miss her next year.
Here he is at his End of the Year Program. He is in the 1 year old class, so they usually go first. This time he was quite intimidated by the crowd. He busted out a move every now and again...but for the most part he just stood there looking so adorably cute.
Of course Kolbie was there to support her big brother, along with Mommy, GG, Grammy, Noni, and Daddy.
